JPTI braking unit demonstrate the application of brakes with the help of a cut section model,The unit consists of a brake drum, shoes, braking paddel. and the required accessories.

STUDY AND EXPERIMENT ON FUEL SUPPLY SYSTEM
 
‘JPTI’ model of fuel pump is used to study the pumping of fuel for every cylinder in an engine .It is a cut section model. A Fuel supply system mainly works with the help of a fuel pump, air cleaner, fuel filter and fuel line. Fuel pump plays major role in fuel injection. The fuel injection to particular cylinder is arranged to the help of fuel pump.
No Experiment is possible to conduct on this system
A. Only Cut Section Model :-
For Experiment on Fuel Supply system we have to go for Engine Test Rig.

STUDY AND EXPERIMENT ON STEERING SYSTEM
 
The cut section JPTI model helps to demonstrate the functioning of Steering Gear.The model shows the meshing of worm and toothed roller, pitman arm, sector shaft,needle bearings. Mounted on a MS stand to demonstrate the working. No Experiment is possible to conduct on this system

STUDY AND EXPERIMENT ON TRANSMISSION SYSTEM
 
JPTI Transmission system shows the working of transmission of power . In automatic transmissions two basic parts play an important role. One is Torque Converter and another is Gear System. The Torque Convertor passes the engine power to the gear system. And gear system transmit the power to the rolling wheels. The Transmission system consists of a Gear Box, Propeller shaft, Differential Gear and Fly Wheel. No Experiment is possible to conduct on this system

STUDY AND EXPERIMENT ON SUSPENSION SYSTEM
 
The suspension system is useful for safety of a vehicle in an automotive arrangement. We will be able to demonstrate the working of leaf springs . In few cases a shock absorbers plays an important role.This system consists of Leaf Spring U Bolt and Center Bolt , Spring Shackle and Leaf Spring Clamps. No Experiment is possible to conduct on this system

STUDY AND EXPERIMENT ON LIGHTING SYSTEM
 
JPTI Lighting System consists of battery , Cut our, Head Lamps, Tail Lamps, left & right Indicator , Oil and Battery Indicator Lamps. No Experiment is possible to conduct on this system

STUDY AND EXPERIMENT ON LUBRICATION SYSTEM
 
A Lubrication and Cooling System demonstrate a parameters required for lubricating the automobile vehicle . A Lubrication is mainly essential for the engine parts. This system consists of oil chamber, oil filter , oil pipe lines, oil pump. No Experiment is possible to conduct on this system

STUDY AND EXPERIMENT ON COOLING SYSTEM
 

JPTI Cooling system consists of water cooling pump, water jackets, a radiator ans a fan. A system is useful to demonstrate a functioning of how a engine cooling occurs. No Experiment is possible to conduct on this system

STUDY AND EXPERIMENT ON IGNITION SYSTEM
   
  This model includes battery, ignition switch, ignition coil, distributor, spark plugs and wiring. This model will illustrate the operation of an ignition system. No Experiment is possible to conduct on this system .
